Project Grace O’Malley – update 13

On Friday I did some work on the last model I have that isn’t a Sea Dog Crew…

Mr Walls is an attachment to a Sea Dog unit.  He is tough, but I am not sure Doc will be that close to him, because there is no way in this list to make the Sea Dogs tough…

His unit can advance Deploy, with pathfinder and they have terror.  So this is a unit to lead with and pick you target well..  Don’t forget you get to redeploy some models/units depending on how you build this list.  Monkey bite protect him from Melee attacks too…

He is probably the most detailed model in the list.  Fiona is close, but Mr Walls is the winner…

His shoes have buckles, socks, pants, belt with buckle, four pistols on his belt, an open shirt with his gut hanging out and fluffy cuffs.  His coat has piping on the edges. cuffs and pockets, button the lapels and cuffse, shoulder straps with a brass ring in the back, a skull and crossbones in the front, pistols in each hand.  He has a beard, wild hair, a toothy grin and a patch over his right eye.  His hat has piping, a bird skull and a feather.  The monkey on his shoulder, it has a bandanna, and a nasty grin.

Is that enough to remember?  For example, the six pistols have 5 colors and two washes on them.  The pants are three colors and a glaze.

He isn’t done, but he is close.  The white piping is to thick.  The blue needs some shading, his face isn’t done.  Some shading on the Monkey…

Over four hours so far and one or two hours to go… Then it will be time to do some Cultists…

Well, so much for a blog post with only one model……

Just do it…
